Karin's Hot Start To The Day

If you want to be naughty & not start the day with fresh fruit & hot lemon here�s my fav�s � but unless you have small portions don�t have them all!

Method

Scrambled Eggless: Mash Tofu in frying pan of olive oil � add chopped onion, vegan cheese fry for few min�s

Big mushrooms, stalks removed, filled with sundried tomato puree, chopped onion & vegan cheese � then grill

Jacket Potato (can be from night before!) sliced & fried or grilled � can be turned into potato pizza�s by topping with tomatoes, onion, peppers � even pineapple!

Lightly fried in olive oil � or in a little water:

Baby cherry plum tomatoes

Mushrooms � with or without onions

Toast � with garlic puree, peanut butter, olive oil, Pure � or even naked

Holland & Barrett frozen sausages

Soya rashers

Bread spread with "Pure" & fried

Beans � with added Yeast flakes for cheesy beans, curry powder for spicy beans, organic tomato sauce for extra tom flavour

Tin cherry tomatoes �yum!
